Shipping & Returns

Verdaine orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Individual vials are cushioned inside a padded, tamper-evident mailer alongside the Certificate of Analysis for each lot.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of typical domestic transit. Verdaine ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground — no cold-pack shipping is required, which reduces packaging waste and keeps costs lower for our research customers.

Standard domestic shipping is complimentary on orders over $150; otherwise a flat fee of $12 is applied at checkout.

Store the sealed vial in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For storage beyond three months, refrigerate at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted, refrigerate for short-term use windows or aliquot and freeze (-20°C or -80°C) for longer stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order placement. Typical domestic delivery is 2–3 business days. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Verdaine currently ships within the United States only. International availability is on the 2026 roadmap. Subscribe to the Journal for updates.

Because research materials must be handled under controlled conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed product. Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — contact returns@verdaine.com to initiate.

Any product that arrives damaged, short, or that does not match its Certificate of Analysis will be replaced or refunded in full at our expense. Email orders@verdaine.com with photographs and your order number and we will resolve it immediately.
