Terms of Service

All products sold by Verdaine Research, Inc. (“Verdaine”, “we”, “us”) are strictly for in vitro laboratory research and investigational purposes. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use, clinical application, diagnostic use, or therapeutic treatment.

By purchasing from Verdaine, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that you will use these compounds solely in a legitimate research context, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis. Purity figures reflect the specific lot tested; individual lot CoAs are available on each product page. We do not make health claims, and any published literature references are provided for informational context only.

Verdaine reserves the right to correct errors in product listings, pricing, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Verdaine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

We ship lyophilized compounds via standard carrier services within the United States. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed product. Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If a vial arrives visibly damaged, we will ship a replacement at no charge — contact orders@verdaine.com within 30 days of receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdaine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
